Frequently worrying about all possible ramifications, even those unlikely to happen, which can make mountains out of molehills.

Having a great memory for context which can cause you to remind people of things that would be best forgotten, including "I told you so!".

Sticking to your routines and traditions, which can be boring and stale to others.

Staying with your own plans and timetables, appearing inflexible and uninterruptible.

Being effort and process oriented and getting frustrated when others criticise you for not achieving results even though you applied solid effort.

Looking for things to fit into existing patterns instead of treating them as the exceptions they may well be.

Can be laborious with your step by step procedures.

Plans and structures constantly changing.

Anticipating the what if's?

Disharmony between yourselves and others, or between people 'in your frame of reference'.

Unanticipated interruptions.

If you're driven by the Instinctive Drive to Complete you may recognise this…

It's 6am, the alarm goes off and you get up and jump in the shower. You know what you're wearing because you probably decided last night; it's ironed and hanging ready for you. After getting ready you go to the kitchen and make yourself two slices of vegemite toast and a black coffee. This is your quite time and you enjoy the peace before the rest of the family gets up and the day gets under way. This is your morning ritual and it's not that you're boring or rigid you just like things to be a certain way. It's comforting.

You've watched your wife and kids in the morning and you shake your head. They're always racing around, ironing clothes, deciding which pair of shoes they want to wear, trying to find socks or underwear. Absolute chaos! That's fine, if that's the way they want to live, they're welcome to it! You'd rather get up those few minutes earlier and make sure you had the bathroom exactly when you need it - before breakfast.

If something upsets your routine it can upset your whole day. Those around you that do not share your need for harmony and order can find you a bit odd and you're often told to "chill out" or "go with the flow". You have no idea what they are talking about… You are chilled out - as long as your routine isn't interrupted. You hate interruptions and changes to the plans. You do not understand the need for last minute, spur of the moment action. If they would only just think it through and put a system in place, life would have a certain efficient harmony about it.
