The 4 Instinctive Drives™ -and Their Natural Talents, Needs and Vulnerabilites. PDF Print E-mail

The I.D. System™ is made up of 4 distinct drives:

  • The instinctive drive to  Verify
  • The instinctive drive to  Authenticate
  • The instinctive drive to  Complete
  • The instinctive drive to  Improvise

Your I.D.™ will determine whether you are ‘driven’ by the drive or whether you ‘avoid’ the drive.  Each of these directions (driven by or driven to avoid) brings us a particular set of needs, talents and vulnerabilities.  This might sound a little complicated right now, but once you take a look at each drive in detail, you’ll understand what ‘driven’ by or ‘avoid’ is all about.

It can be interesting to try and figure out which drives you fall into and also why certain people do certain things.  But the only way to truly know is to do the I.D. for yourself.  The reason for this is that often we confuse personality and other characteristics with those of I.D. - as you'll discover, these can often be quite different!

You'll find a few lines about each drive and direction below, but there's lots more to learn about the four Instinctive Drives™, including needs, talents, vulnerabilities, stress triggers, and a real-life practical example.  All you have to do to get access to this in-depth and insightful information is click on any drive heading to learn the secrets to each drive.
