I.D. has been used for many years to help business leaders build high performance teams, but to really drive our vision and share the power of I.D. with the world, we knew we had to reach far beyond the corporate sphere.  So in late 2006, i.d.central was born, with the focus firmly on the individual - you!

At i.d.central, you can find out all you need to know about the self awareness journey that begins with doing your I.D.  It's designed to provide you with all the self development products, tools and resources that will help you know and use your I.D. to create positive outcomes every single day.  Through I.D. we've already helped thousands of people in areas such as leadership development, self esteem, life coaching, identifying their life purpose, improving interpersonal communication, saving relationships, parenting and career counselling.

Our vision is for everyone in the world to know and use their I.D.

We picture two men in a pub in Scotland sharing an ale, one man turns to the other and starts talking about problems he's having with his 18 year old son.  As his friend sits there listening, he eventually replies, "And what's your sons I.D.?" The first man answers with his son's I.D. and with that they start talking about strategies to help him address the issues - I.D. is a genuine part of their everyday language.
