This crucial (new role) will be supporting a team of super star consultants. You will drive the efficient resourcing of individual projects and development of further business. Activities would include, but not limited to:

Mapping of projects/resources required/timescales across individual projects to identify potential resourcing challenges and/or down times and to advise consultants to assist with scheduling of future engagements;
Distribution of work appropriately
Collection and collation of all key project related material
Providing status reports and statistics on overall sales and delivery of engagements;
Assisting in development of stakeholder maps to analyse and identify further potential areas for business;
Assisting liaison between Consultants where use of each other’ time e.g. to deliver 1 to 1s, workshops etc. is required to meet demands of current engagements.

Ideally you will have the following skills & experience:

Project coordination experience
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel and Power point
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passionate about personal development
Able to work fast paced with competing priorities
Thrive on problems solving and ability to drive solutions
